DEF has been helping deaf persons to get placed in various jobs. From working in the shop floor to white-collar computer jobs at large companies, these jobs are at different levels. Deaf persons are also involved in performing back end operations in Call Centers, participating in both online and offline (non-voice) operational procedures, retails, backend works and as office assistants. This has provided a boost not just to our Computer Training Centers but has also motivated our deaf students.
