EduSign Academy, DEF-Skills, and Sign Care.

1. About Us

Deaf EnAbled Foundation is an NGO working for the empowerment of the Deaf
community in India through education, skill development, and leadership training.

DEF is committed to making its website accessible for Deaf, Hard of Hearing,
and Persons with Disabilities.

3. User Conduct & Registration

• Accountability: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate and complete information.

4. Donations, Payments & Cancellations

• All donations support DEF initiatives.
• Payments are securely processed through Razorpay.
• Tax receipts are issued based on the information provided.
• Donations are generally non-refundable except verified technical errors.
• Course cancellations are subject to the applicable refund policy.

5. Intellectual Property & Copyright

• All course materials remain the property of Deaf EnAbled Foundation.
• Content, logos, graphics, and videos are protected by copyright.
• No reproduction or commercial use without written permission.

6. Sign Care & Healthcare Advisory

DEF acts only as an accessibility facilitator and does not provide medical
advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

7. Third-Party Links

DEF is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or reliability
of third-party websites.

8. Limitation of Liability

DEF provides services on an “as is” basis and shall not be liable for any
indirect or consequential damages arising from platform usage.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject
to the jurisdiction of courts in Secunderabad/Hyderabad, Telangana.
